Shri Sai Satcharitra was written by Mr. Hemadpant during Baba’s live time after getting Baba’s consent in around year 1910.

When Hemandpant asked Baba about writing this book through Shama he said "Let him make a collection of stories and experiences, keep notes and memos, I will help him.
