The app achieves this by monitoring your email organization habits. It learns from your past actions to predict where you might want to file new emails. With EFA Pro, your role is simply to approve its suggestions, and it handles the rest, seamlessly integrating into your workflow.
EFA Pro exclusively supports Microsoft ® Outlook for Mac 16.X as long as Outlook is installed physically on a Mac. Please note that EFA Pro does not support filing into PST files and does not support New Outlook Mode.
Based on this premise, EFA presently offers the main key capabilities
- Individual Filing: The filing of a single email or a group of emails
- Batch Filing: The automatic filing of emails from an entire mailbox, such as Sent Items or Inbox
- Email Reply: A workflow that joins the steps of sending a reply email, filing it and co-filing the original email.

- The main EFA window, both in a full and a minimalistic version
- A Head-up Display, which is always in the foreground
