Simply enter the joint, motion and side of the body followed by the Start and Stop measurements and TrackMyROM will calculate and store your data. If you are having a Total Knee Replacement, Shoulder Surgery or have sprained your ankle, TrackMyROM can help you store your data in a meaningful way. Part of the GetMyROM App family, Track my ROM allows you to enter your Range of Motion or upload a .csv file from the original GetMyROM app.
