How long are you in focus? Should you take a break?
With Mindful Focus you can see how long you are working concentrated on your computer without having a break. While checking when your last computer input was, this App will let you know when you had your last off-screen break. Therefore Mindful Focus will automatically recognize breaks you do.
Mindful Focus will sit in your Macs toolbar, while not interrupting or disturbing your focus. This will help you getting a better awareness of your focus times and if you take enough breaks to stay concentrated.
