Isn't it annoying that you can use Emoji easily on your phone but your desktop or laptop requires a ton of steps to hunt down just the right Emoji? With Motive, you get the Emoji finder you always wanted.
Just click on the status bar icon and you'll get a list of organized Emoji to choose from. Click on the right Emoji and paste into your favorite text app.

NOTE: Due to us abiding by Apple's "App Sandboxing", you must paste the Emojis yourself. Pasting them for you would require control of Apps on your system, thus posing a security risk to your data (which we do not want to do).
