TeamMap is a comprehensive and intuitive app which enables people to work together sharing their locations and information. TeamMap helps all groups of people, including large, medium and small companies, clubs, associations and even individual families to manage and share their knowledge and tasks effectively and to do so both on the move and in the office.
The low cost and immediate free trial period of TeamMap make it an ideal platform for organisations to try the introduction of mobile information technology to their processes and procedures and it includes a unique capability to support training of these procedures.
TeamMap provides a simple and flexible information framework which offers richness without unnecessary complexity. Team locations, reports, tasks, plans and other data are shared across all team members whether they are using mobile phones, tablets, laptops or desktops, with a choice of map, timeline, tabular and diagrammatic displays.
TeamMap is highly adaptable and can be customised by the user (generally by the team manager) during set-up and beyond. User customisation includes terminology, units, fonts, colour schemes, user-permissions and much more. All information entered into TeamMap can be exported (where permissions are granted) by users.
The cost of use over time is guaranteed to be less than £1 per user per month. Human support, face-to-face (if required) is also available to assist with set-up, adaptation, training (including train-the-trainer), custom symbols and bespoke mapping;

1. New Entity Item types where the number displayed within the circular type icon is set from a field value in the item description.
2. A new report (corresponding to the sighting of an entity, and automatically linked to that entity) can be created from the entity list view by selecting the optional sighting icon ("eye" symbol) for the required entity. This option has to have been previously selected in the option details menu ('i' button).
3. The text search sub menu has been extended to include the option to search for specified characters in the titles of linked items.
