DoucheBlock is like an ad blocker but for your Twitter timeline. It will automatically (or after confirmation) block people who use specific keywords in their Twitter bio. You can specify whatever keywords you want for the block list.

Currently DoucheBlock for Twitter comes with following awesome features:
