SiteWatchman is a simple utility that sits on a web page, refreshing it at a specified interval until that page contains (or doesn't contain) a certain search string.

Once the condition is met, it throws up an alert.

It's great, for instance, for checking if your local Apple Store has any of the new MacBook Pros in stock :-)
