Also included is the option to add goal setting to motivate older children to strive for 5 servings of fruits and vegetables, 2 hours of screen time or less, 1 hour of physical activity or more, and 0 sugary beverages. The resulting personalized action strategies can be printed or emailed directly to the parent.
As a parent, this app allows you to get information on topics that are of most importance to you and the generated action strategies are based on feedback from parents just like you!
