Access Care is a telehealth app that offers you video appointments with expert Family Medicine and Specialty Care doctors, from the comfort of your home. Access a board-certified doctor on demand anytime for $0 co-pay if you’re insured in Bermuda or even at affordable prices without the need for health insurance.
Through our virtual appointments, our doctors and leading specialists can diagnose, prescribe new treatments, or renew your prescriptions or pass specialized tests, bloodwork, and exams at leading clinics in Bermuda.

From personal care to healthcare management, our doctors and nurses provide multiple services targeting paediatric, adult, and elderly population, in areas of care such as:
- Urgent Care: cold and flu, headaches, allergies, skin conditions, …
- Chronic Care: hypertension, high cholesterol, diabetes, asthma, …
- Behavioral Health: fatigue, anxiety, stress, depression, …
- Preventive Health: labs & screenings, diet and nutrition, vitamin deficiency, …
- Home Care: care at home (coming soon)
- Other Services: our doctors can pass regular check-ups, bloodwork, and exams like X-Rays
// HOW DO I GET STARTED?
1. Install the app and fill in your Bermuda Health Insurance Details
2. Browse a doctor by specialty, by name or according to your needs (Primary Care, Specialty Care, etc)
3. Pick the slot that best suits your need
4. Schedule the appointment for you or your family member – can be a first visit or a follow-up appointment for a previous condition
5. Fill in patient details and submit patient documents/notes that are to be reviewed by our doctor
6. Join the video call at the scheduled time and proceed with the virtual appointment to get the care you need with our doctors that will go through your symptoms, medical history and much more
7. If needed, our doctors will prescribe or renew medication that you can fill at a pharmacy of choice or pass specialized tests, bloodwork, and exams for follow-up at leading clinics in Bermuda.

At Access Care we’re removing the barriers in healthcare: whether you have insurance or not, you can use our app!
Insured patients: $0 for a virtual appointment
Access Care Telehealth appointments are 100% reimbursed by most of Bermuda Insurances. This means that if you’re insured you pay $0 for a virtual appointment with a generalist or specialist doctor, instead of $75+ for an in-person appointment at a clinic!
