This update introduces the new digital consents signing workflow, enabling providers to manage patient consents during encounters. Patients can now review and sign consent forms directly on the device, with each form automatically time-stamped and securely stored in the patient’s record for compliance and centralized access. This streamlines workflows, reduces paperwork, and enhances both provider efficiency and patient experience. Additionally, we have introduced Force Booking, giving providers the flexibility to book multiple appointments on one slot - helping to avoid scheduling bottlenecks and ensuring smoother booking flow.
