Botox and Dermal Charting app is the ultimate tool to administer Botox and/or Dermal Filler treatments in a cosmetic clinic. The app simplifies the charting and documentation for Botox and Dermal Filler treatments. The application gathers information such as the patient's health history, custom consent forms with digital signatures, pre-operative photographs using the integrated iPad camera, and then actually charting the increments used (of botox and dermal fillers). 
•The clinic can document Botox increments with a "drag and drop" interface onto a stock face structure or patient photographs. 
•The units are automatically added so the clinician can quickly determine the n... umber of Botox (or Dysport) units delivered to that patient. 
•Track units and orientation on a simple drag and drop interface.

•Manage dose information within the app.
