Welcome to Care Community Call

Care Community Call is a secure, video consultation App that can be used by many different types of Health Care Professionals to video call patients.

As a patient, you will be able to download the App here. However, you can only access video calls if your own healthcare provider has chosen to use the Care Community Call App. Your healthcare provider will give you a login and a password which you can enter on the opening page of the App under the PATIENT section. This ensures a high level of security once both you and your healthcare provider are using the App. Each login is linked to your device, please make sure that multiple logins are not used on one device. Please ensure that you have full internet connectivity before and during usage of the Care Community Call App.

As a patient on the Care Community Call App, you can stay logged in so that you can receive video calls from your Health Care Professional. Call history is saved within the Care Community Call Service, however, all in-App messages are deleted every night to protect privacy for all parties.
Any health information noted by your Health Care Professional is recorded and held separately, outwith the Care Community Call Service. Talking Medicines provide the video call service. Any healthcare and medical questions or concerns that you may have are managed by your healthcare provider and Health Care Professionals.
