Care Hub Office Planner is an app created to allow organizations to plan or schedule meetings for managers, office staff and risk assessors, etc. Once the office staff logs into the app with their unique login details, they will be able to see all meetings, home visits, or service user assessments planned for them for the week enabling them to plan their day.
The Care Hub Office Planner app allows the management to plan all assessments for the assessors, meeting for themselves or any office staff.
Organizations will be able to monitor log-in times per meeting, assessment of home visits therefore it is an effective tool for time management.
The application is easy to use and friendly. The application consists of 4 sections.
-> After Logging in to the app user are navigated to the home screen where the user can see 4 options.
1- My Assessments
2- My Tasks
3- Notifications
4- Statistics
The application needs internet to be used and does not cache any data of the user while usage. Please feel free to share feedback after usage so we can improve it.
