CareTree helps families and professionals manage the care for their aging loved ones. CareTree helps you create a patient profile or connect to an existing profile. You can then invite family and professionals to communicate, coordinate, and manage the care. CareTree helps you share tasks, communicate, store important health and financial information, and much more.

CareTree will guide you with expert and evidence based best practices tailored to your unique situation. CareTree can help whether you want to be prepared for yourself or a loved one, are actively managing a caregiving situation, or are in a health crisis.

CareTree for Professionals is for professional Care Managers and Caregivers to easily track case notes, access client information, manage tasks, communicate with the care team (families OR professionals), and clock-in/out to caregiving shifts. Families can also use CareTree for Professionals to track time for caregivers they've hired directly, giving you electronic visit verification.

CareTree will check for data in Apple Health (HealthKit - Just for iPhone, not for iPad) on your DEVICE for a patient you choose in order to send this data to CareTree vitals. In case you allow it to run on background CareTree will ask for the Apple Health data every 15 minutes to sync it automatically.
