What is ConvaTeach Wound app?
ConvaTeach Wound app is an education platform developed by ConvaTec to assist healthcare professionals by providing a standardized wound assessment and documentation tool. This app is designed to support wound assessment education by tracking wound treatment effectiveness and early identification of contributing factors through case studies sharing.
Why ConvaTeach Wound app?
This app supports Community-based peer-to-peer learning based on sharing real-world clinical experience through user-generated content. Through real case studies uploaded, it would provide an ever-growing learning repository focused on disease area management.
How to use ConvaTeach Wound app?
It consists of a series of simple self-navigating steps to capture the patient, wound, and treatment information with the inclusion of the wound photo. The records can be retrieved quickly to track wound progression with subsequent visits. The report is either printer friendly or it can be saved to be printed later.
Strict patient confidentiality is observed as only user can have access to his/her own patients’ record while others can only have a general view to the wound progression without patients’ identity.
