- We've added a new user-level setting to enable H&P (History & Physical) documentation on mobile. When enabled, providers will see an H&P section on their appointment view where they can dictate and manage H&P notes.
- Providers can now create H&P (History & Physical) notes directly from the mobile app. Dictate using voice, review and edit, then generate a PDF that's automatically available in Patient Documents for staff to access from the portal.
- Providers can view, edit, and delete their H&P notes directly from the mobile app. Editing and regenerating the PDF automatically replaces the previous version in Patient Documents.
- We've fixed an issue where "Error! Please select a AI Form before generating the AI note." was displayed even for notes where the AI Form was already selected.
- App size no longer increases dramatically with prolonged usage.
