The Dose Medbox app is dedicated to supporting your health. It not only reminds you to take your medication but also helps you manage e.g. supply with features that alert you when it’s time to refill before you run out.

•Enhanced Medication Management: Use Dose Medbox™ POKT, smart pillbox with an audible alarm and confirmation button, to simplify your routine
APP FEATURES
PLAN: With the Dose app, you can schedule doses flexibly, setting reminders for various times and days—such as every other day.
REMIND: Get notifications and sounds from your phone when it’s time to take your medicine. If your pills are within reach (in a Dose Medbox™ device or nearby), the app will keep reminding you until you confirm your intake. If you’re away from your medicine, reminders will pause until you’re close to it again.
CONFIRM: Confirm in the app or hold in the notification to mark your dose as taken. Alternatively, you can confirm by pressing the button in your Dose Medbox™ device.
BRING WITH YOU: If you forget to take your medicine or Dose Medbox™ device with you when e.g. leaving home, the app will remind you to bring it along, ensuring you’re covered for the day or for travels.
FOLLOW OTHERS: Invite followers or follow others in the app. This feature allows relatives to follow your intake. They’ll receive a notification upon confirmed intake or if a dose is missed, providing reassurance and support for relatives.
REFILL: Track your remaining medication supply in the app and receive reminders when it’s time to refill, ensuring you never run out.
ABOUT DOSE MEDBOX™
A reminder and support system that simplifies and enhances medication adherence through an app and smart pillbox. The app functions independently, but for the best experience, pair it with the Dose Medbox™ POKT device—a smart pillbox with an audible alarm that connects to the app via Bluetooth. Confirm your doses with the device button and receive phone reminders if you forget your pillbox when you leave it behind.

This update introduces pharmacy reordering in Sweden and makes medication handling more flexible, along with clarity improvements and important fixes.
Added
- Pharmacy reordering (Sweden only): You can now choose to be contacted by CITY APOTEK to reorder medications when you’re out.
- “Add a medication” button is now visible on the Meds page even if you already have medications, making it easier to add more.
Changed
- More flexible medication handling:
- Planned medications can now also be taken as needed.
- Any medication can be made postponable.
- Confirmation notifications no longer use Critical Alerts.
- History improvements:
- Shows your selected reason/notes for taken, skipped, and given alarms.
- No “missed” icon for future alarms.
- Clearer confirmation popups when deleting, unfollowing, or stopping sharing.
- UI clarity and feedback:
- Loading indicator appears when removing a user from a medication.
- Placeholder text is visible in focused, empty onboarding fields.
- The “running out” field is now clearly labeled with “days”.

- Signing in with Apple no longer causes the app to stop working.
- The Today page now updates buttons correctly when you change whether a medication is skippable.
- As-needed alarms are removed correctly when you undo a taken dose in History.
- Improved reliability for chat and smoother scrolling during onboarding.
