Evonnect is a proprietary application developed by Evolutio Care Innovations. Evonnect comprises of a number of applications, including enabling NHS compliant secure electronic ophthalmology referrals from primary care to secondary care, the management of ophthalmology patients within a community setting, the ability to run virtual ophthalmology clinics with remote ophthalmologist oversight, telemedicine and remote triage.
