Disclaimer : This App is specifically for Medical providers who are licensed. We are certified EMR partner provider for Allscripts as well as certified e-prescription provider with SureScripts. Given it is a provider app, the providers are only registered to the app by us after validation of their credentials. NO provider can register directly to the app. Again, this is app is only for medical providers and not for the consumer for care access.
