This tool implements GRACE risk nomograms for death and death/MI using two risk calculators:

1.At Admission: from hospital admission to discharge and to 6-months

2.At Discharge: from hospital discharge to 6-months

Launched in 1999, The Global Registry of Acute Coronary Events is an international database designed to track outcomes of patients presenting with acute coronary syndromes, including myocardial infarction or unstable angina. GRACE includes hospitals in North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
