Separate sheets have been given, that record other details like the due date of the medicine, prescribing physician, etc. as well as details regarding side effects, refill no. and the pharmacy phone number. You can also email the sheets to your pharmacy,
The name of the medicine is automatically generated in these sheets, helping the user manage details in a hassle free manner. Just enter the medicine name in the first log sheet.
