Health1Pro is comprehensive Healthcare Support through our Healthcare Advocacy Services and on-demand Medical Assistance. Everyone is eligible to become a member of the Health1Pro program. As a Health1Pro Member you are assigned a personal Care Manager to assist you and your family getting the healthcare you need in times of serious medical concerns. Your Care Manager will be there for you every step to walk you through the entire process to ensure you get the correct services as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our process provides our member with in-depth current medical chart for health maintenance, on-demand doctor appointments, expert review of chronic conditions and world-class second opinion of major diagnosis. In all this your Care Manager is there for you taking proactive steps to keep track of your health.

Our Doc By Phone service connects you with a board-certified doctor 24/7/365 by a convenient phone or video visit. Within minutes, a doctor will contact you review your medical history, listen to your symptoms and resolve your issue. If medically necessary, a prescription will be sent to your pharmacy of choice. We can treat 90% of what you would go to urgent care for much faster and easier. A partial list of issues we treat:

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Open the Health1Pro App and, simply, push the call-button for the service you need. If you need to speak to your Personal Care Manager select that button and it will auto-dial your Care Manager. If you are in need of a Doctor’s appointment push the Doc By Phone button to set the appointment and a Licensed Board-Certified Doctor will call or video visit you within minutes (typically 30 minutes or less). The doctor discusses the issue with you, answers questions and recommends next steps. If appropriate will send a prescription to your local pharmacy you choose.
