Hemophilia Connect is a tool that allows people with Hemophilia A and their physicians to monitor symptoms and health over time using a smartphone, with the ultimate goal of improving the lives of people with Hemophilia A.
Our recall period is generally limited to a few days, limiting the information that is provided to a Hemophilia-treating physician during clinic visits. The more your physician understands what you're passing through in between clinic visits, the more they can inform a more personalized treatment plan that fits your needs and eventually improves your quality of life.
Using Hemophilia Connect, you will be able to self-record and more frequently report to your physician your bleeds, pain episodes, treatment adherence, and physical activity. You will have weekly and monthly dashboards that are shared with your physician to monitor progress. You will be able to participate in polls with the Hemophilia Community that touches on the quality of life aspect. Also, you will have access to Hemophilia-related learning resources in a form of visually attractive bite-sized learnings; while, children will be able to learn about Hemophilia through playing a game.
