IMPROVEMENTS
-Procedure Code Icons — the Add button has been moved to the panel header, reducing accidental deletions on touch devices.
-Mira Icon Visibility — control whether the Mira chat icon displays via a personal setting in User Settings.
-Milliunit Conversion — infusion rates and totals now correctly convert from milliunits to units when configured.

BUG FIXES
-iPad app stability — fixed intermittent crashes when adding chart notes in intraop and PACU modules.
-Mira chat bubble persistence — fixed an issue where the Mira chat bubble reappeared after being closed on iOS.
-iOS mini keyboard display — fixed an extra tap required to dismiss the mini keyboard before the main keyboard appeared.
