We invest heavily in servers, hardware, software development and also staff to ensure that users have access to live waiting time information on there mobile devices. We would love to provide a completely free service however we have a lot of expenses and overheads.
If you are not sure where to go, you can dial 111 and they will direct you to the most appropriate place for your needs.
