Medek Health System's app is a medical software app to be used by participants of the Medek Remote Patient Monitoring program.

Medek’s app has been designed to be connected via Bluetooth with your Pulse Oximeter device. Use the device as prescribed by your healthcare provider. It enables you and your physician to view your data remotely.


The Medek Health System’s application is not for emergency use.

Medek Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) provides tools for doctors and other health care providers to monitor their patients' Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar, and Weight from home. Medek RPM helps doctors to manage their Medicare Billing CPT codes:


CPT 99453 - RPM equipment setup.

CPT 99454 - Remote monitoring of physiologic parameters (weight, blood pressure, and blood sugar) each 30 days

CPT 99457 and CPT 99458 - Remote review of patient data.
