COST PER CALL - Most calls are $50 per call, but it’s possible that your doctor might have a different fee set prior to your call. Once you have agreed to the fee, the doctor will be contacted to take the call. Don’t worry, you will not be charged until the call is complete.
HEALTH FUND COVERAGE - As the purpose of this private fee is to compensate your doctor for providing out-of-business-hours care, it may not be rebate-able through your health cover.
MEDICAL HISTORY - Have your medical history, current medications, and other relevant information ready to keep your doctor informed.
PRESCRIPTIONS - MedicRelief is designed for medical advice, referrals or follow up reviews. Your doctor may not necessarily be able to prescribe via the app.
CALL QUALITY - Make sure you are connected to stable high-speed internet whenever possible as your connection might fluctuate during the call.
