Plus Mindy curates personalized insights about the things you actually care about. Quick, simple, and mildly satisfying check-ins lead to fascinating insights over time, as Mindy shows you how different parts of your life relate to each other once it learns your patterns.
With Mindy, you’ll get support when you need it most. If the time comes that you, or Mindy, feel you might benefit from a counselor or other mental health provider, Mindy can shortcut your process of getting to the right place, so you don’t have to wrestle with a convoluted mental healthcare system and jump through hoops just to be your best
