My IBD Card
Living with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis can make finding and accessing toilet facilities stressful, especially when travelling abroad or communicating in another language.
My IBD Card is a multilingual communication aid designed to help people clearly communicate an urgent toilet access need. Display a translated message, switch between home and travelling languages, and use built-in speech playback to read the message aloud in supported languages.
Four cards for four real situations
Not every moment needs the same message. Choose from Toilet Access, Skip the Queue, Accessible Toilet, and Stoma Care — each written for a different situation IBD can put you in, all translated and ready to show. Switch between them in a tap, choose which ones you need in Settings, reorder them, and set the one you'll use most as your default.
Features
• Choose from multiple message cards — toilet access, skip the queue, accessible toilet, and stoma care — each translated and ready to show
• Switch instantly between cards from the main screen
• Turn cards on or off, reorder them, and set your default in Settings
• Instantly switch between home and travelling languages
• Read messages aloud using built-in speech playback
• Add a Home Screen or Lock Screen widget for one-tap access to your message — including straight from a locked phone
• Set up separate widgets for your home and travelling languages, so the right one is always one tap away
• Support for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis
• Large, easy-to-read display designed for stressful situations
• Works without an internet connection once installed
• Designed for international travel and everyday use
Created from real experience
My IBD Card was created by someone living with ulcerative colitis who regularly travels internationally and understands the challenges of communicating urgent toilet access needs when language barriers exist.
