This App is used to store Your patient data and to exchange Your data when You visit Your doctor in a GDPR-compliant way. Due to the current situation, medical history and follow-up for corona was added. You may, for example, regularly enter Your symptoms or medications and show the collected data to Your doctor or health care professional. The App can generate a barcode, which contains selected medically relevant data. When You show Your App to Your doctor, he/she can transfer Your data directly into his computer system WITHOUT using the Internet. Conversely, you can read data into this app (for example laboratory values, patient information, clinical findings or a discharge letter) using a barcode, which is provided by Your doctor for You. Your patient data is only stored on your smartphone or tablet in binary form. Your data is not used or transferred for any other purpose without Your explicit consent. Other Apps do not have access to your patient data - you have control. The App includes a step counter, which reads data from Apple HealthKit. You should make regular backup copies of your data and protect Your smartphone with a PIN. Please check your data for completeness and correctness.
