myCare by American Well connects you with a doctor from your healthcare system through the convenience of your phone or tablet. Avoid waiting for an appointment and traveling to the doctor's office. No matter where you are or what time of day it is, you can meet with a doctor over a secure video connection. The doctor can even send any necessary prescriptions to the pharmacy of your choice. Your health can't wait. Get care anywhere, anytime!

SEEING A DOCTOR IS AS EASY AS COUNTING TO 1 - 2 - 3!
1. Request a Visit - Open the app, describe your reason to see a doctor, and select your local pharmacy.
2. Connect with a Doctor - Once a doctor has reviewed your information, they will connect with you through video.
3. Receive Care Plan & Prescription - The doctor will answer your questions, discuss your care plan, and will send any medically necessary prescriptions to your preferred pharmacy.
