With MyDLSChart patients will be able to:

- View new /historical patient results
- Download new /historical patient results
- Get notifications when new results are ready
- Find nearest DLS location
This application requires the patient be an authorized DLS user. If you are not a registered user, you need US citizenship to complete the registration successfully. This application does not store any patient information on the device, ensuring patient confidentiality and security.
