MyHxCare is your medical records at the palm of your hand. It is an on-the-go medical record app. With MyHxCare, you can:

-Access, download and share your medical records from anywhere in the world.
MyHxCare connects patients in underdeveloped countries with physicians in developed world.

To sign up for an account, download the app and sign up as a Patient.

Visit your physician or hospital and tell them to update your medical records in MyHxCare by sending them a code or link to MyHxCare app. Once they are done, your updated medical records will be available to you.

After you’ve signed up, turn on fingerprint authentication or set up a four-digit passcode to quickly log in without needing to use your MyHxCare username and password each time.
