MyPersonalChart Patients Portal App lets patients and doctors communicate easily, safely and securely over the Internet. Patients are given secure passwords that allow them to log into their physician's system to see their health information including Messages, Active Problems, Allergies, Medications, labs, diagnostics and statements. Doctors can automatically remind patients for screening, lab work and health maintenance, procedure due dates electronically - minimizing the need for patients to call the office. Easy check-in feature allows patients to do check-in from home or from clinic's waiting area. Easy access allows to browse patient portal from all major browsers, tablets or smart phones.
