The OhioHealth app provides a secure and convenient way to connect with your care team and manage your health information, all from your mobile device.
With just a few taps, you can find the care you need and access your OhioHealth MyChart health record — anytime, anywhere.

Use the OhioHealth app to:
• Find an OhioHealth doctor and view patient satisfaction ratings
• Schedule and manage your appointments
• View appointment times for OhioHealth Urgent Care Locations
• Pay your bill securely
• Start a telehealth visit with your provider
• Access your test results as soon as they are available
• Send secure messages to your doctor's office
• Request prescription refills
• Keep track of your health information
• Sync your health data with the Apple Health app using the "Track My Health" feature

You must have a MyChart account to access MyChart features. You can create a MyChart account in the OhioHealth app. Your doctor may have provided you with an activation code during your last outpatient office visit; however, a code is not required to create an account.

Please note: MyChart features are currently available for patients of OhioHealth facilities in the greater Columbus area, including Delaware and Marion.
