Pakistan Stroke Registry

Pakistan Stroke Registry app is a national registry for stroke patients. This study will enroll patients with a diagnosis of stroke (ischemic and hemorrhagic).

The purpose of this study is to identify risk factors, stroke types/subtypes, presentation, care and outcome of these patients.

Patients will be enrolled from more than 70 centers throughout the country including AJ Kashmir. Target enrollment is 5000 per year over three years (2019-2022)
