Quality Health is a specialist health and social care survey organisation, working for public, private and not-for-profit sectors in the UK and overseas.

Quality Health has been measuring and interpreting staff and patient experience in healthcare for over 30 years. We are the biggest provider of staff and patient surveys in the NHS. As well as the national frameworks for staff and patient surveys, we run the National Cancer Patient Experience Survey in every NHS Trust in the England, and have run the equivalent programme in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We run the NHS Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) programme in virtually every hospital in the country (public and private). We are a major provider of the Friends and Family Test. And we design, develop and operate a wide range of bespoke survey programmes for clients in the public, private and voluntary sectors all over the world.
