Red2Green® is an application developed by a clinical child psychologist to build self-regulation skills using the Red2Green® Brain Map, a visual interactive that gathers data across the day; this data can be used as a standalone tool for self-directed learning or shared with a health practitioner in a professional setting. Individuals using the Red2Green® Brain Map quickly learn and then apply important skills in self-regulation relating to stress, anger, anxiety, depression, but also, for leadership and elite performance.



Red2Green® has no age limit or need for high levels of cognitive skill. We have used Red2Green® with children as young as four, children with intellectual disability, children with neurodevelopmental delays or language disorders (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder), children who have had developmental trauma, and adults with multiple university degrees! This means that we can genuinely implement preventative and early intervention strategies at the earliest possible time.
