This Electronic Health Record (EHR) is designed for use in emergency retrieval and limited-time scenarios. It is designed around the concept of a sometimes-connected tablet device being used by doctors, nurses and other clinical support staff for patient data entry.


The application supports a shared episode of care, and advanced features including record synchronisation, an interactive graphing observation chart, and deep audit trailing of all user actions.
