RX Reminder is a medication tracker built for reliability, no subscription, no account, and no servers holding your health data. Set up in under three minutes, then let it run quietly in the background.

SMART SCHEDULING

Add any medication with a name, dosage, colour, and the times you take it.
RX Reminder handles every pattern:
• Daily, specific days of the week, or every N days
• Multiple times per day, morning, noon, evening, or any custom time
• Unlimited medications with colour-coded cards for instant recognition
• Optional pill photo so you can confirm at a glance
• Pill count tracking with refill alerts, warns you before you run low

REMINDERS THAT ACTUALLY WORK
A notification arrives at the exact time each dose is due. Tap Taken, Snooze, or Skip right from your lock screen, no need to open the app. If life gets in the way, a second nudge follows at the grace period you chose.

CARE CIRCLE
Share your dose status with a family member or caregiver using a short code. They see your schedule in real time and receive a quiet notification if a dose goes late, without ever needing an account.
• Configurable grace period: 5, 15, 30, or 60 minutes before the alert fires
• Nearby Sharing: bring two iPhones close together to connect instantly
• Stop sharing at any time all shared data is deleted immediately
