Medtronic ScreenLink is a tool designed to be used by health care professionals (HCPs) in order to facilitate the quality of care improvement, helping to ensure that access to device therapy provided to heart failure, post-MI, SCA/VF/VT, bradycardia, atrial fibrillation and unexplained syncope patients is aligned with the latest European and UK scientific guidelines.
Healthcare providers who use the ScreenLink tool are armed with the latest evidence-based ICD/CRT/PM/AFS and Diagnosis and Management of Syncope European and UK scientific guidelines gaining immediate access to device therapy decision support.
NOTE: Patients affected by Brugada or Long-QT syndromes are not evaluated by this system. The ScreenLink app derives from a larger so called web application with a similar purpose including the ability to link healthcare providers along the clinical patient pathway, enabling improved and more co-ordinated care. Patients with specific condition such as (but not limited to) acute myocardial infarction, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy or long QT syndrome are not evaluated by this system.
