The Stress Insights App is designed to capture information on your state of mind during a stressful event. Using Stress Insights App during a stressful event will allow you to look back and visualize the patterns on triggers for your stress. Often times we experience a stressful event and we do not capture the specifics, which leads to lost information. This often leads to lost opportunity to look back and draw insights on individual triggers for your stress. Having this data can help in developing personalized mitigation/coping measures to handle and overcome stress.

This app was designed to help school and college students capture details about their stress events during school sessions and during exams. Looking at history of stress events from analytics & insights graphs, health-care professional could identify patterns to help develop personalized recommendations. The data from this app is secure and is not shared with any entity/application.
