ThinkQuality is the centerpiece of TQIntelligence’s digital, patient-centered, independent outcome management system, which uses assessment instruments with strong psychometric qualities. The App connects Patients, Healthcare Providers, Payers, and other stakeholders; it not only collects multiple types of data, including a voice sample, but also collect if from multiple stakeholders, including patients and healthcare providers. It is part of TQIntelligence’s platform that integrates three cutting-edge software products, for data collection, data analytics and data visualization. The complexity of the app and the analytic products are intended to solve an intractable public behavioral health problem regarding lack of outcomes data, which impacts low-income families and racial and ethnic minorities that are disproportionately represented in the behavioral healthcare area that is funded by public dollars. The data models we will be developing using machine learning and artificial intelligence and the implementation system that we are designing, is intended lay the ground work for how such systems that mostly serve low-income patients can create an engagement strategy for the adaptation of a Patient-Driven Outcome Management System (PDOMS). Furthermore, our innovative approach of using smart phones and tablets for data collection, and data visualization, is consistent with the shift in healthcare to take advantage of the access that healthcare providers have to patients for behavioral change. The behavioral healthcare and chronic disease management sector is undergoing a profound shift, partly due to the proliferation of smartphones and maturation of AI in healthcare, creating the potential to democratize quality behavioral healthcare to low income patients. In other words, digital health, automation and analytics will have a profound impact on the quality of behavioral healthcare. This digital transformation is only in its early stages; ThinkQuality is the first phase of this effort to transform behavioral healthcare.
