The app provides access to opioid and substance use disorder screening, behavioral health and substance use recovery tools, an opportunity for community members to learn language and find resources within our community to support wellness. You will learn more about the healthcare services we offer and will have the opportunity to make an appointment with a provider directly from the palm of your hands.
