Undermyfork is a simple food diary with glucose trends for people with diabetes. Take pictures of your meals and discover how your choices of food, insulin dosing and exercise impact your Time-in-Range.

Undermyfork auto-syncs glucose data from Dexcom or any other glucose monitoring system that shares data to Apple Health. You can add glucose measurements manually. Data from Undermyfork can be easily shared with healthcare providers, doctors, diabetes educators via a personal Undermyfork Care link.
