VINCI Software is a workers compensation, safety and occupational hygiene consultancy business servicing clients across Australia and New Zealand. VINCI Software also has global aspirations.

VINCI Software assist’s its clients by minimising “people risk” by providing holistic health solutions.

The VINCI app was built in line with VINCI Software’s goal; which is to provide the best independent, professional and accurate advice.

VINCI allows VINCI Software’s clients to have full visibility of current and finalised cases and access to crucial information such as VINCI Software’s custom built “job dictionary” which are used to promote safe, durable and timely return to work of ill and injured employees.

VINCI Software customers can also utilise VINCI to:
-Develop and store their own task analysis
-Generate Work-Site Assessment reports
-Easily populate Return to Work plans based on the medical certificate provided by the injured or ill employee
-Generate Reports on VINCI Software’s effectiveness on cases they are managing

VINCI which is Latin for “overcome” allows VINCI Software to facilitate expedited recovery timeframes of ill and injured employees.

For example if an ill employee returns to work following a hip replacement, VINCI Software utilises VINCI to ensure the employee returns to a suitable position in line with any imposed medical restrictions by referring to the custom built job dictionary/task analysis within VINCI.

Much of the work performed by VINCI Software is legislated by the relevant Workers Compensation Acts and relevant Privacy guidelines. VINCI ensures compliance with same. The Workplace Injury Management and Workers Compensation Act 1998 in NSW for example has stringent privacy requirements, all met with VINCI. The various acts VINCI Software works within ensures that stakeholders abide by their obligations.

Although VINCI does not require an internet connection to work, we ask our clients to sync the app at least weekly to ensure they have the most up to date information for their organisation.

In conclusion VINCI is a free app for VINCI Software clients to utilise so that they can readily access important information for their business and perform some tasks themselves.
