Virtual Training® was developed as up to 70% of Home Exercise Plans (HEP) was not followed. Health professionals, health providers and insurance companies wanted to reduce this to below 20% - and succeeded.

This is the mobile version of Virtual Training®, build on the same platform as the current Virtual Training® desktop solution - successfully used in rehabilitation training across Scandinavia since 2010.

Virtual Training® is clinically proven (since 2014) as a tool to secure patient motivation during rehabilitation, reducing rehabilitation time and claim costs (insurance companies)

Virtual Training® is an innovative rehabilitation tool which helps physiotherapists provide easy and efficient rehabilitation to the patients in his/her own home or in rehabilitation facilities. The system is being developed in co-creation with Danish health providers.

350.000 exercises were performed by Jan. 2016 – which makes Virtual Training® one of the worlds most used eHealth-solutions within professional rehabilitation training. The solution also won the Microsoft’s Global Innovation Award in 2013.

A training plan is set up by the therapist, and send to the mobile device. Training data is send to the therapist when performed. If the plan is not followed, exercises is performed with bad result or pain is detected, the therapist will be notified and can adjust the plan accordingly.
The solution closes the gap between therapist and patient.
