Weight Loss Surgery Selector is an app designed for people who are thinking about undergoing weight loss surgery. Weight Loss Surgery Selector is a questionnaire-based app in which individuals answer pertinent questions based on their current health situation. After all the results of the questionnaire are tabulated, the app will suggest which weight loss surgery procedure might be the best option for the individual based on their individual medical history and attributes based on the answers provided. At the end, once a specific procedure is recommended, a link to more information on that procedure plus all the others will be provided so the individual can thoroughly research all of the options available on their weight loss journey!

KEY FEATURES
PERSONAL INFORMATION
To better assist, we ask for current height and weight of the patient to calculate the BMI (Body Mass Index). The BMI helps suggest the most appropriate weight loss surgery.
QUESTIONNAIRE
The app will ask a series of 30 “yes or no” questions about the individual’s current and past medical issues.
RESULTS
Based on the answers provided by the individual, the app will generate a suggested weight loss surgery procedure to best fit the individual and their current medical situation.
RECEIVE
Upon completion of the questionnaire, the suggested procedure and its description will be sent to the email provided by the individual during the app registration as well as a link to learn more about that specific procedure.
