Grota reads the sea for you. Tap any beach and instantly see whether the water is calm enough for a swim — no account, no
clutter, just the conditions that matter.

Most weather apps tell you the wind speed. Grota tells you what that wind actually does to your beach. By combining live
marine and weather data with the shape of the coastline — the islands, capes and bays that block or funnel the wind — it
estimates the real wave conditions at the exact spot you're standing and scores it from 0 to 100 for swimming.

HOW IT WORKS
Drop a pin on any beach. Grota pulls live data from Open-Meteo's weather and marine models, maps the surrounding coastline
from OpenStreetMap, and runs a wind-exposure analysis to estimate how rough or calm the water really is. Set a beach's
orientation for an even sharper read.

TUNED FOR THE ADRIATIC
Grota is built around the Croatian coast — it understands local winds like the bura and jugo, and how the islands and
channels shape them. It works on any coastline, but this is where it shines.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account. No sign-up. No tracking. Grota doesn't collect personal information, and your saved beaches stay on your device.
Your location is used only to find beaches near you, and only when you ask.
